Thank you for considering Pitt Catering Co. for your upcoming event! We offer a variety of catering services to suit your needs, including drop-off, setup, and full-service options. Our menus cater to faculty, departments, and student events with choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, receptions, breaks, and more. You can view our current menu selections here.
If you’re looking for a convenient and straightforward catering solution, our drop-off service is an excellent choice. We’ll deliver delicious food in disposable pans and platters, and our compostable serviceware and disposable utensils make cleanup a breeze. Please note that, due to university regulations, unattended flames like sterno are not allowed, so we deliver hot food in aluminum pans designed to stay warm for up to 2 hours.
For a more upgraded presentation, consider our setup service. This option includes platters, bowls, serving utensils, and additional items such as linens and risers. We provide compostable plates, cutlery, cups, and napkins to complete the setup. A dedicated member of our catering team will arrive before your event to arrange everything beautifully and will return after the event to handle teardown. While setup service is ideal for smaller groups, options for larger parties are available upon request. Setup service charges vary based on staffing and equipment needs. Please note that, due to university regulations, unattended flames like sterno are not allowed
For a truly seamless experience, our professional wait staff will handle all aspects of your plated meal or buffet. We provide complete setup with platters, bowls, serving utensils, and chafing dishes. Upgraded china, glassware, and flatware are available for an additional fee. If you’re interested, please let me know so we can discuss availability and how we can best serve you.
